Sixth Day Liberty's Starphire

Starphire and her cria onboard are the pinnacle of a successful breeding program that spanned nearly 20 years. We're VERY grateful for the opportunity to continue their efforts.

Her conformation is perfect. I love her head shape and head fleece style. Her fleece is spectacular to look at and her EPDs are outstanding. Her SECOND fleece came in at 14 microns.

Just like her sire and dam, Starphire has excellent EPDs. She's in the top 300 females for a combination of Uniformity, Fineness, and Curvature traits.

Sired by (HemiAccoyo) Franklin's Liberty, a champion who was once reported to be one of the top 2 densest alpacas ever biopsied by Norm Evans at 99 follicles. At 7 years old his AFD was 16.7.

Dam was a dense Alianza female out of Maple Brook Bravado who was a blue ribbon winner with several champion siblings as well.

Starphire took a blue ribbon in the one and only show she participated in at her previous owners last show.

We're super excited to see what she produces with her cria by Prophetic Tempest due in September 2018.
