OPEN Wednesday-Sunday 10am-5pm Free Tours Northern Solstice Alpaca Farm, LLC, established in 2004, is located in beautiful Unity, Maine. At present, we are home to 32 healthy alpacas, including 6 adorable cria (baby alpacas). We are expecting 6 additional cria due this summer.Our farm is impeccably clean and we operate in a socially and environmentally friendly manner. The well-being of our animals is our priority. We are particularly conscious of bio-security measures and take all precautions to safeguard our alpacas. Northern Solstice is a well rounded and respected alpaca breeder offering a full service farm, including boarding, breeding, alpaca sales, a retail gift gallery,(Fibers of Unity) owner/breeder mentoring and opportunities for our visitors to have hands on learning. We own show-quality champion alpacas, breeding and fiber quality alpacas. We founded the Alpaca Center of New England in 2009; an organization providing educational opportunities for all alpaca owners and anyone interested in learning more. We have an incredible passion for these amazing creatures. We love sharing them with our community and beyond. Mentoring new owners is a labor of joy for us. We pride ourselves on our open approach and clear communication of all the details of raising alpacas.
