A working cattle ranch, there are miles of trails, great nearby fishing, antique shopping, area golf, skiing and snowmobiling on adjoining NYS trails. From Syracuse, New York: Take I81 South to Tully. Follow Rt. 80 East through Fabius, New Woodstock, and Georgetown. In Georgetown, Rt. 80 East turns to the right and runs together with Rt. 26 South. Stay on Rt. 80 East, traveling another 3 miles to the small village of Otselic. At this point, you will continue straight - now on Rt. 26 South for another 1.5 miles (Rt. 80 turns left, heading west to Sherburne). Turn left onto County Road 16. Proceed 2.7 miles.
