At Ballyshannon Equestrian Center, we are dedicated to providing an enriching and safe environment for equestrian enthusiasts of all ages. Our facility is bustling with activities daily, including lessons, programs, and care for our horses. We emphasize personal service by requiring scheduled appointments, ensuring we can devote ample attention to each visitor and their inquiries. Whether it is through engaging lessons or nurturing horse care, we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for all who step through our gates.

Our horseback riding lessons require protective gear, specifically a SEI/ASTM approved riding helmet. This can be purchased at local shops or online. Proper attire is crucial for safety and comfort, including pants covering the legs and boots with a one-inch heel. We aim for a safe riding experience, given our commitment to you and your instructor's well-being.

Our facility operates with a secure entry system to enhance safety for both our riders and horses. This includes a keypad access gate, which helps prevent accidents, such as a horse breaking loose. Community safety, especially for our younger riders, is paramount. Additionally, although we encourage volunteering, there are age restrictions due to applicable laws.

Ballyshannon Equestrian Center also offers boarding services with pasture and stall availability. Prospective boarders are welcome to join our waiting list, ensuring they're informed of space openings as they occur. We take pride in offering a nurturing home for your horses during vacations or regular boarding needs.

While there are currently no employment opportunities available, potential openings will be posted on our website when they arise. Engaging with our programs or joining our 'Britches & Boots 4-H Horse Club' can also be a great initiation into the vibrant equestrian community we foster.
