The Blue Hill Company is a small batch specialty food manufacturer, specializing in jam, jelly, and preserves located in Rolla, Missouri which is centrally located within the state. We primarily produce and buy raw blueberries to produce value-added jams and fillings. The blueberries are grown on the farm or purchased directly from other Missouri producers that meet our quality standards.
