About Us
Bonnie Brae Farms, located in Plymouth, New Hampshire, revitalizes over 200 acres of ancestral farmland with the focus on deer farming. The journey began in the early 1990s when the Ahern brothers explored various agricultural ventures to bring their family's old farmland back to life. After attending a seminar on deer farming and visiting several deer farms, they decided to cultivate Red Deer.
By autumn of 1993, the foundations were laid with fences and selections of deer, and by February 1994, the farm was home to its first herd. Our farm stands out as the third of its kind in New Hampshire, poised between the serene landscapes of the White Mountains and the bustling Route 3, inviting a sense of community and education on the benefits of venison and deer farming.
We offer high-quality breeding stock, exquisite venison, and various velvet antler and co-products. Our services extend beyond traditional farming supplies; we also provide comprehensive consulting to guide new farmers through regulatory requirements and facility preparations. Our seminars and training sessions are pivotal in fostering sustainable agricultural practices within the community.
