Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center

Cedar Circle Farm is an organic farm with a social mission. We engage the community to develop and share practices that promote regenerative agriculture, good health, and a resource-rich environment. We invite you to visit our farmstand, greenhouses, coffee shop, and pick-your-own fields along the Connecticut River in East Thetford, Vermont. Throughout the season we offer an abundance of fresh vegetables, berries and flowers grown right here on our farm. From the earliest of the spring greens, right through to the pumpkins and storage crops, our produce is of the highest quality, grown with care, and always certified organic. For the gardener, we offer a variety of bedding plants and flowers. Come visit our greenhouses and pick out pre-potted plants and flowers, or create your own! Our farm kitchen was built in 2011 to allow us to process more of what we grow on the farm. Products range from lightly processed frozen vegetables to original shelf-stable pickles, jams, and more. We specialize in lacto-ferments and a variety of pestos. Additionallly, our coffee shop is stocked daily with freshly baked muffins, pastries, and cookies, and all the food for festivals and special events is prepared here, as well. Our Education Center hosts harvest festivals, seasonal workshops, classes, farm tours, and self-guided tours. CSA Full Season, Summer, Fall, Bouquet, Friday Night Dinner Shares, as well as Farmstand Dollar cards. CSAs are available for pick-up at our farmstand or at various local workplaces.
