About Us
Close-Knit was formed to support a 501-c-3 non-profit known as The Kiva Connection (www.kivaconnection.com) "Nature, Art and a Healthier You." Call 607-525-6656 to schedule a retreat (1 day to up to 40 days in the woods)! Come spend some time on 120 acres of ecologically diverse country-side, with five ponds, a stream, Donkeys, Pygmy Goats, Horses, Chickens a couple of Dogs, a couple of Cats, and mesmerizing ALPACAS to enchant you...not to mention the abundant wildlife and flora residing here on Moon Ivy Hill. We're located in Steuben county, NY, near the popular hot-spot year 'round...Corning, New York! The Corning area is home to a plethora of artists of all types (glass artists, in particular) and our little sister town of Woodhull is the home of the fiber artists' group, The Wooly Hill Guild. Come to Corning and Woodhull soon! In the meantime...Love Living...Get Close-Knit! Take the 86 to 15S and exit "Addison" and then head west on 417 all the way to Woodhull. Turn onto Mill Street which drops into the village of Woodhull. Turn right at the corner and continue, passing a playground on your left. Continue straight, and up a hill (that will be right in front of you). This is County Route 82. Take 82W (west) for about 1.5 miles and turn Left onto Olmstead Rd. (this will be the first possible left-hand turn). We're down this road about a 1/2 mile on the left. Look for the signs and/or our trailer with our logo on it!
