About Us
Welcome to the Gardens at Pineland Farms, where visitors are invited to explore beautifully designed and maintained gardens created for public enjoyment and learning. Our gardens, including the Lilac Garden, The Garden, and Annual Displays, are freely accessible from 8 am until dusk during the spring, summer, and fall. Located on Valley Farm, access to some gardens requires a Farm Visitor Pass available at the Smokehouse on Valley Farm.
Our extensive one-acre flower garden proudly serves as a certified Monarch Waystation. This garden provides essential habitats to a variety of pollinators, including butterflies, bees, hummingbird moths, and even hummingbirds, without relying on insecticides. More information is available by following our designated link to the Monarch Waystation initiative.
Educational resources at Pineland Farms enhance connections with nature, including offerings like the Interactive Native Tree Walk. Located at the Big Pond, this activity is available in spring, summer, and fall. Visitors can use their cellphone camera to scan QR codes at various stops to learn about each plant or tree along the trail.
Come and take a tour of our diverse gardens, relax in the serene surroundings, and soak up the natural beauty. Our tours span from June to September, with light refreshments and opportunities to try award-winning cheeses from Pineland Farms during the visit.
Our gardens also serve as an extended classroom for educational programs, providing hands-on learning opportunities through our interactive gardening programs and Family Programs focusing on sustainable agriculture.
