Inn To The Seasons Specialties

We have a Dairy Goat Farm right in the heart of the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania. We make a Ricotta Cheese from which we make several products including Ricotta Salata, Pierogis, Manicotti, Broccoli Cheese Crepes, Blintzes, Lasagna, several Cheese Spreads, Cheese Cake and Fudge all made in our commercial kitchen right on the farm along with a store front. We also raise pigs(fed with the whey from the cheese and scraps from our kitchen and garden), beef, lamb and veal(fed only with goat milk), We are not organic but we pride ourselves by being natural. We are kept quite busy selling our products to restaurants and at the local farmers markets.
