Miss Effie's Country Flowers and Garden Stuff

We are a you-pick flower farm on the east coast of Iowa. We invite you to stop by and pick a bouquet of the freshest blooms around. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the Grant Wood landscape. Generally, our flowers start to bloom in June and continue through October ... weather permitting. We are open Thurs - Friday 9-5 Sat --------------9-3 Sun ------------12-3 June 15th - Aug 15th, we are open Thursday evening till 8 for your evening picnic and flower cutting session. Stop by and shop the Summer Kitchen and maybe, just maybe .... listen to live local music. We would love to visit with you!!
