The Olive Grove

The Olive Grove is an organic olive tree orchard nestled in Brooksville, FL, boasting over 300 trees across nine different varieties. Our collection includes Spanish varieties such as Arbequina, Manzanilla, and Arbosana, the Greek Koroneiki, Italian Coratina and Frantoio, as well as the Chiquitita, a crossbreed combining the Arbequina and Picual olive trees. At our farm, we produce and sell a range of olive products including fresh pressed extra virgin olive oil, raw and stuffed olives, olive leaf tea and powder, and hand-crafted olive oil Castile soap. We also offer olive wood and various other related products.

Our farm embraces agricultural tourism, welcoming visitors to partake in entertainment, workshops, and educational seminars that we host. Individuals, groups, class trips, and garden clubs curious about cultivating olives are invited to visit and learn first-hand. Our olive oil is milled on-site and includes selections from our organic orchard as well as organic varieties sourced from other states like California, Texas, Georgia, and Arizona.

Throughout the year, we conduct numerous workshops, teaching skills such as curing olives, infusing olive oil, craft-making with clay olive burning lamps, creating Castile soap, living wreath crafting, mosaics, and jewelry making through gem panning. Pottery classes and a plethora of other workshops are also available.

Beyond being just a farm, we are a versatile event venue, hosting various gatherings throughout the year. Our grounds are available for rent, accommodating private parties, tours, business meetings, weddings, and outdoor events. Additionally, we operate as a nursery offering olive trees, fresh grown herbs, and spices for sale.

We invite you to visit and taste our extra virgin oils or partake in an educational tour, which includes seminars on growing olives in Florida, an exploration of our grove, olive variety identification, oil tastings, and a hands-on workshop experience.
