Welcome to Pilz Produce at Hillcrest, where for almost a century our family has maintained a thriving farm in the picturesque Sierra foothills town of Penryn, California. Even though modern technology has replaced horse-drawn plows with tractors, the essence of our farm remains unchanged.

We continue to plant and harvest our crops by hand, ensuring the freshest and most delicious mandarins and seasonal produce reach our customers. Whether you visit our ranch or any local farmers markets, you will find our carefully grown vegetables available for purchase, just as it has been done for generations.

For those seeking an authentic farm-to-fork journey, Pilz Produce offers a bounty of Satsuma mandarins along with a variety of seasonal delights such as summer and winter squash, watermelons, melons with soft skins, pumpkins, tomatoes, and an assortment of herbs. Please take note of our opening arrangements. We operate on an appointment-only basis, welcoming those who wish to experience our produce firsthand. Our Navel oranges will be available by mid-January, completing our seasonal offerings.
