Our farm, Cajun Life, is rooted in the cultural and historical significance of the Cajun people. This ethnic group primarily resides in southern Louisiana, descended from Acadian exiles, who were originally French Canadians from Acadia in Nova Scotia, Canada. Our community holds a prominent place in south Louisiana's population, making up one of the largest French-speaking minorities in the United States, with approximately 700,000 Cajuns. We pride ourselves on the substantial influence we've had on the state's rich cultural tapestry.
