Rancho Alamogordo Alpacas

We are active participants in the Alpaca Breeders of the Rockies and have dedicated over a decade to contributing to the Great Western Alpaca Show, the largest in the country, held in May in Denver, Colorado. Sally coordinates the Spin-Off and Jerry handles traffic coordination, emphasizing our commitment to the alpaca community. We also travel to various states like Texas, Kansas, and Minnesota to take part in alpaca shows, guiding our clients through the entire process of showing their alpacas.

Throughout the year, we host shearing events where owners can bring back their alpacas for shearing each May. For those new to alpacas, we provide health days that include vaccinations and general maintenance, ensuring all alpacas receive top-notch care. We strive to impart our knowledge on alpaca care and handling to new and seasoned owners alike, fostering a community of well-informed and skilled alpaca enthusiasts.
