Stutzman Dairy Farm

Experience a special visit at our sixth-generation family-operated Stutzman Dairy Farm, located just a short distance from downtown Shipshewana. Our dairy farm offers a glimpse into the life of a modern dairy operation and the opportunity to watch daily milking from our comfortable upstairs viewing room.

At Stutzman Dairy, guests can engage with our farm animals at the Little Ole Barnyard, getting the chance to meet and feed them. Our farm provides the perfect environment to get up close to your favorite farm animals, offering interactions such as hand feeding and bottle feeding our many animals. Moreover, visitors can witness the nurturing of baby animals as they take their first steps and enjoy their playtime in our calf playpen.

You are welcome to explore our beautiful gardens and learn more about traditional farm life. We offer guided tours with prior reservation, running from May 1 through October 15 during both morning and evening times, and from October 15 through December 15 in the evenings. Our pricing is set at $15 for adults and $10 for children aged 4-12, with entry free for children under 3.

Our new Farmyard Inn, opened in 2019, offers a unique stay experience with a three-bedroom home available for rent. This accommodation ensures a true Shipshewana experience for families and groups looking to stay on a farm.

Please note our winter hours of operation, from Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 1 pm, with closures on Sundays. We recommend calling ahead to ensure your visit goes smoothly.
