Ticonderoga Farms

Amazing Farm Fun at Ticonderoga Farms is exclusively open for private corporate events, field trips, and group gatherings, with no access to the general public. We offer a variety of picnic areas, shelters, and barns that are ideal for large corporate events, family reunions, and field trips. All spaces available for rental are pictured below, along with their details and pricing. Admission is $15.00 per person, unless otherwise noted for seasonal festival admissions. All our barns and shelters come with wheelchair accessibility. Reserve your space with a 50% deposit check to secure your preferred date, structure, and time. Simply complete the Venue Reservation Form.

Among the activities you can enjoy are slides, teeter-totters, swings, rope swings, and tether-ball. We also feature a recycled tire play area, Tot Land, bamboo chimes, a swinging bridge, a bamboo maze, and play structures like Noah’s Ark, a castle, and a caterpillar dozer. Bonfires and hayrides can be organized on request.

Our Big Blue Barn, located near the main entrance and slide hill, offers a maximum indoor capacity of 125 people, and up to 200+ outside with the surrounding area. The barn can adapt to accommodate both large and small groups, and pairs well with the Baby Blue Barn for more space.

The Baby Blue Barn offers a maximum capacity of 75 people indoors, up to 100+ outdoors with surrounding areas, and provides extra privacy with nearby pine and evergreen growth.

The Pillow Hideaway, nestled amidst pines and evergreens, near the Hillside Slides and Swinging Bridge, offers a maximum capacity of 75 people indoors, up to 100+ outdoors.

For larger events, the Cow Barn offers a maximum capacity of 150 inside and extends up to 300+ outside with the surrounding area. It also features a large open sports field for additional activities.

Our White Gazebo, ideal for elegant events, features a nearby bonfire pit, and is close to various play areas.
