VASHON FARMERS MARKET

The Vashon Island Grower's Association (VIGA) is dedicated to promoting agriculture, farming, and food production on Vashon Maury Island. We aim to cultivate a local agricultural economy that is fair, accessible, and sustainable.

Our mission is not just about growing, but also sharing the delicious yield with the community. Through key initiatives like the Vashon Farmer’s Market, the Food Access Partnership, and the Farm Stand Map, we aim to offer fresh local produce to everyone. The market provides a platform for local farmers to sell their goods and develop their businesses while also supporting local artisans and musicians.

VIGA also collaborates with various local agencies to ensure that every community member has access to nutritious, Vashon-Grown food. This is achieved while bolstering local agriculture and supporting Island farmers. We believe in the strength of local agriculture to not only feed the local population but to build a stronger economy and a healthier environment.
