About Us

Weatherbury Farm is dedicated to producing high-quality, certified organic estate flours and raising wholesome grass-fed meats. Our selection of flours is carefully milled to order, ensuring freshness and superior taste. We provide options for on-farm pickup or mail order, allowing our customers to enjoy our products conveniently.

Our organic estate covers a variety of grains, including soft and hard winter wheat, hard spring wheat, oats, rye, buckwheat, spelt, einkorn, and emmer. These grains are milled into organic flour, with some available as rolled oats or whole berries. Our Grain Tracker system offers detailed traceability from seed to final product, highlighting our commitment to transparency and quality.

We take pride in maintaining sustainable farming practices that heal and preserve the land using natural methods like crop rotation and organic farming. Our efforts were recognized with the 2012 Sustainability Award by Pennsylvania Certified Organic, and our farm was also acknowledged as a gold-level sustainable small business by Sustainable Pittsburgh in 2017.

In addition to our flours, Weatherbury Farm raises grass-fed and finished beef and lamb, contributing to a nutritious and environmentally friendly diet. Although we are sold out for the 2025 lamb season, we're still accepting orders for beef. For those interested in detailed information about our products, pricing, and pickup options, our online store is open for orders.

Formerly offering farm stays and folk music jams, Weatherbury Farm has consistently provided educational and community-focused activities, engaging visitors and fostering an appreciation for organic farming. We welcome you to explore our range of offerings, from organic milled products and grass-fed meats to free-range eggs.
