Terms and Conditions for the Farms2Visit “Farm Adventure” Review Submission Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Farm Adventure Review Submission Giveaway (the "Giveaway") hosted by Farms2Visit LLC ("Sponsor") and promoted on Facebook & Instagram ("Platforms").
1. Eligibility:
  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  • You must be a legal U.S. resident.
  • Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to enter.
  • You must be able to submit a genuine review of a farm Adventure on farms2visit.com (the "Website").
2. Entry Period:
  • The Giveaway starts at July 21st, 2024 8:00 am EST and ends at September 22nd, 2024 11:59pm EST ("Entry Period").
3. How to Enter:
  • To enter the Giveaway, you must:
    • Follow Farms2Visit on at least one of the Platforms where the Giveaway is advertised (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
    • Like or share (depending on the Platform) the Giveaway post.
    • Submit a genuine review of your farm Adventure, as an agritourism visitor of a farm you are not related to, on a designated review page at https://app.farms2visit.com/form/farm-review
    • Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be submitted following the steps above and must be unique and original.
4. Winner Selection:
  • Two (2) winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, based on uniqueness, originality, and ability to market agritourism for all in an agritourism public awareness campaign.
  • Entries that do not comply with these Terms or are deemed to be fake or misleading will be disqualified.
  • The winner(s) will be selected based on creativity and originality of the review.
5. Prize:
  • The winner(s) will receive a $500 visa gift card.
  • No prize substitution is allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
6. Winner Notification:
  • The winner will be notified via email used to enter the Giveaway.
  • The winner will have 3 days to respond to the notification and claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Review Guidelines:
  • Reviews must be genuine and reflect your own personal experience on a farm adventure as an agritourism visitor to a farm they are not affiliated with.
  • Reviews must be respectful and avoid offensive language or content.
  • Reviews must be relevant to the Website and its functionalities.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to remove any reviews that violate these guidelines.
8. Additional Terms:
  • Winning reviews may be used as part of an agritourism public awareness campaign, but names will be replaced or initials will be used in that campaign.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time without notice.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for any technical difficulties or glitches that may prevent entries from being received.
  • By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or related to the Giveaway or the prize.
  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the Platforms where it is advertised.
9. Governing Law:
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
